The Sandikala restaurant has a Michelin star and is located in the Hautes Pyrénées in Occitanie in the village of Galan in an exceptional natural setting overlooking the peaks of the Pyrenees.
The Sandikala is housed in a building with a rich and unique past, once a simple farmhouse, then an elegant mansion at the beginning of the 20th century.
Today, this charming place has been carefully restored to accommodate refined professional spaces, while preserving the authenticity of its history.
The decoration harmoniously combines traces of the past with the clean lines of a modern minimalist design, creating a unique atmosphere.
The unique pieces, brought back by the MacLeod family during their stays in Asia, enrich the place with touches of exoticism, inviting visitors on a timeless journey where every detail tells a story and arouses emotion.
